Heat Pump Savings and Rebates
If you are installing a new water heater, consider a heat pump for optimal energy savings. When you come to us for heat pump installation, you could receive an $800 rebate for installing a qualifying ENERGY STAR® heater.
Heat pump water heaters, also called hybrid electric water heaters, use efficient methods to transfer heat rather than generate it. This technology delivers three to four times the efficiency of traditional water heaters.

Weatherization Assistance Program
We offer a weatherization assistance program as part of our incentives. This program provides free home energy improvements for qualifying low- to moderate-income residents. With this upgrade, you can lower your monthly electric bills, enhance indoor air quality, and increase your home's comfort.

New Air Conditioning System Rebate and Loan
Customers in the weatherization assistance program could receive a rebate and 0% financing for up to 10 years on a new air conditioning system. Please speak with our team during your home assessment to learn more.
Tax Credits for Insulation
You could claim a tax credit for 30% of the cost of insulation in your home. However, there are limits to how much you can claim each year.
The total credit for energy-efficient improvements is $3,200. This includes a maximum of $1,200 for home improvements, such as windows, doors, insulation, electrical upgrades, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioners. You can claim up to $2,000 for heat pumps, heat pumps, and biomass stoves.
Note that ENERGY STAR-certified geothermal heat pumps qualify for a separate tax credit, and these credits do not count against these limits.
